Zelená je neuvěřitelně podceňovaná barva. Halenku jsem si koupila v jednom seconhandu za téměř nic, protože se mi strašně líbil vzor, jenomže doma jsem zjistila, že mi nesedí rukávy (takové ty zvláštně dlouhé a nemoderní z osmdesátých let). Pár měsíců mi visela ve skříni (to "visela ve skříni" je metafora pro to pomačkané zelené cosi v levém dolním rohu mé skříně) a pak mě napadl úplně nejlepší nápad: ohrnout rukávy! Jde to se mnou z kopce, když můj nejlepší nápad je něčemu ohrnout rukávy, ehm.

Green is such an underestimated colour.I bought the top in a secondhand for almost nothing, because I instantly fell in love with the print but later I realised the sleeves didn't fit me. I was hanging a few months in my closet /read "it layed in a total mess on the closet floor"/ and then I got the bright idea: roll up the sleeves. Geez, I really suck if my best idea is to roll up some sleeves.

Poslední dobou mě hodně baví kořenit jednodušší kousky oblečení mnohem barevnějšími doplňky. Už mám prostě naprosto letní náladu, aby taky ne, o víkendu bylo chvílema (prý) až 28 stupňů, ale občas zahlédnu nějakou Španělku v kabátu a přes týden (kdy bylo "jen" 23) mi holky sahaly na nohy, aby se ujistily, že nemám punčocháče. Musela jsem jim vysvětlovat, že u nás (někdy) chodíme dole bez jakmile je nad 10°C a to jste měli vidět tu hrůzu v jejich očích (a já z toho samozřejmě měla strašnou srandu). V parku jsme navrátili mamince ztraceného chlapečka, konečně jsem viděla Gaudího Casa Batló, strávila jsem plno časo s úžasnýma lidma, suma sumárum perfektní víkend. 

I like spicing up simple outfits with some much more coloured accessories. My mood have been very summer-ish lately, when its is 28°C what else would you want. But I still meet some Spanish girls wearing coats and during the week when it was "only" 23°C my friends at school were touching my legs to make sure I was not wearing tights. I had to explain that we (as the Czech) go bottom-less when it is more that 10 degrees and you should see thair frightened looks (and my amusement). We returned back to his mum a lost boy, I visited Gaudi's Casa Batló and spent most my time with amazing people, it was the perfect weekend.

Trik na nošení širokých kalhot pro trpaslíky? Vysoký pas a podpatky. Francouzi je tak krásně poeticky nazývají pat' d'eph. (patte d'éléphant=noha slona). Asi si ve skříni založím malou zoo.

The trick for wearing flare pants for dwarfs? High wais & heels. I love how the French call them pat' d'eph (elephant's feet). I guess I will start a little zoo in my closet.

Jeden z mých školních outfitů, dnes ještě šlučnáčtější než obvykle, poněvadž jsem si na sebe vzala košili s límečkem. Že není vidět? Taky si myslím. (Nebojte, fotograf bude po zásluze potrestán.) 

A ještě musím zmínit jakou mám úžasnou babičku! Když jsem byla v Čechách na Vánoce, tak jsem se jen tak zmínila, že bych chtěla hranatou kabelku a ona mi přivezla až do Barcelony tuhle krásku ( a znovu převelice děkuji :). Úplně přesně takovou jsem potřebovala. Hranatou, na předloktí a v zajímavě barvě. Až na to, že jsem netušila, že se do ní vejde jedna rtěnka, klíče a tři žvýkačky. Klasika!

And I have to mention how awesome my granma is. When I was in the Czech republic fot the holidays, I mentioned I would need a square bag and the next time she went to Barcelona bringing me this beauty! Exactly the one I needed. Only I did not know only a lipstick, my keys and three chewing-gums fit inside. How unusual!

Dnes ráno jsem se probudila a měla jsem chuť na světle růžovou. Říkala jsem si, že ono není čas od času od věci dát si chvíli od barev pohov, "take it easy" a nevymýšlet nevymyslitelné barevné kombinace. Jenomže, ha, ono k té světle růžové jde skvěle s Kleinovou modrou a ha, ono ty světle zelené ponožky k tomu nevypadají marně a ha, ten květovaný šátek je dobrá tečka. Asi se nikdy nezměním. 

Doufám, že jste si užili víkend!

Today I woke up and I wanted to wear baby pink. I thought that I could take a little break from colours, take it easy and don't spend my time inventin uninventable colour combinations. But, look!, the Klein blue goes so well with the pink, and look!, the mint green socks look even better, and look! the flower printed scarf would be fabulous with it. I guess I will never change.

it's not over yet

Docela se divím, že se tenhle svetr tady na blogu ještě neobjevil, protože jsem celou zimu prakticky nesundala. Má klasický střih a takový "ňuňu ťuťu" materiál (jakože se s ním dobře mazlí), jinými slovy je strašně příjemný na nošení. A skvěle (rozumějte neuvěřitelně jednoduše) se kombinuje s jinými věcmi. No a jelikož to vypadá, že třicet stupňů ještě minimálně dva týdny nebude, ale člověk už nemrzne, ani když je nabalený jak cibule, tak je ten správný čas na kombinování zimního a letního šatníku. Ano, ano, zastoupení letního šatníku zde zaujímá plizovaná žlutá sukně, která čekala příliš dlouho na to, aby se dostala ven. A ta kombinace s modrou zdí... Škoda že se mi nevešla do kabelky. Hezký týden!

I am quite surprised that this jumper never made it to the blog, because I have been wearing it almost all the time during the winter. It has a nice classic cut and a perfect cosy material, it is incredibly comfortable to wear. And so easy to mix and match with other things. And because it seams that the 30°C weather is not comming in the next two weeks, but yout don't have to have a billion of layers on you, that it is the perfect time to combine summer and winter closets. Yes, yes, the yellow skirt is part of the summer one and it has been waiting too long to get out. And the combination with the blue wall... Too bad I couldn't put it in my bag. I hope you'll have a nice week!
